Blackwater Mustard Vinaigrette & Marinade

Ingredients ~ Vinaigrette:

• 2 tbsp olive oil  

• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar  

• Salt & pepper to taste  

• 1 tsp Blackwater Hot + Sweet Mustard  

• A pinch of honey or maple syrup  

• 1 tsp finely chopped fresh herbs (your choice) 

Instructions ~ Vinaigrette:

1. Add balsamic vinegar to a bowl and season with a pinch of salt.  

2. Whisk in mustard, pepper, and sweetener.  

3. While whisking continuously, **slowly stream in olive oil** to emulsify.  

4. Continue whisking until smooth and creamy.  

5. Stir in fresh herbs.  

6. Let stand **30 minutes** for flavor to bloom.

Marinade:

• Mix **¼ cup Blackwater Hot + Sweet Mustard** with honey or maple syrup.  

• Add **2 tsp freshly grated ginger**.  

• Use as a glaze or marinade for **chicken, seafood, or grilled vegetables**.
