Mustard Vinaigrette / Marinade
2 TBS Olive Oil
2Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
salt/pepper to taste
1 tsp Blackwater Hot and Sweet Mustard
a pinch of honey or maple syrup
1tsp of finely chopped fresh herbs of your choice
1. Put vinegar in bowl w salt
2. Add mustard, s&p, sweetener- whisk to blend
3. Gradually stream in oil whilst whisking like hell
4. It should wind up to be a smooth emulsion
5. Add herbs and blend
6. Leave stand for 30 minutes

Mustard Marinade
Mix 1⁄4 Cup of Blackwater Hot and Sweet Mustard with Honey or Maple Syrup, add 2TSP of freshly grated ginger. Ideal as a glaze when grilling chicken or seafood!
