Baked Cod

Ingredients:

• 1 lb fresh cod fillet  

• ¼ cup melted butter  

• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice  

• 3 tbsp Blackwater Hot + Sweet Mustard  

• Crushed Townhouse crackers (for breading)  

• Crushed garlic croutons (for breading)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to **350°F**.  

2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and Blackwater Hot + Sweet Mustard.  

3. Dip cod fillet into the mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.  

4. Roll cod in a breading blend of **crushed Townhouse crackers + garlic croutons**.  

5. Place in a baking dish and pour the remaining mustard mixture over the top.  

6. Bake for **30 minutes**, or until the fish flakes easily and the crust is golden.
