Blackwater Salmon Patties

14 oz. can good quality red Sockeye Salmon

2 eggs

1⁄2 cup dry bread crumbs

2 green onions plus tops chopped fine

1⁄4 cup mayonaise

1 heaping tablespoon Blackwater Mustard

1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper

1/8 teaspoon dill

Mix all together, let stand for 15-20 minutes so bread crumbs absorb moisture. Fry in small amount of olive oil in a non-stick pan.
