Grilled Salmon
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs fresh salmon
• ¼ cup Blackwater Hot + Sweet Mustard
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
• 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
• 2 fresh lemons
• 3 sprigs fresh dill
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine mustard, honey, ginger, garlic, and the **juice of 1 lemon**.
2. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for **15 minutes** to blend flavors.
3. Place salmon on aluminum foil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Spread mustard mixture evenly over salmon.
5. Thinly slice the second lemon and arrange slices on top of the fish.
6. Add dill sprigs over the lemon.
7. Seal foil and grill for **12–15 minutes**, or until salmon flakes easily.
