Blackwater Ham Glaze
1 cup Brown Sugar
1⁄4 cup Blackwater Chocolate Stout Mustard
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 2 minutes. Set oven to 400 degrees and brush glaze on ham 20 minutes before it is due to be done.
