Ham Glaze

Ingredients:

• 1 cup brown sugar  

• ¼ cup Blackwater Chocolate Stout Mustard  

• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

1. Add brown sugar, Chocolate Stout Mustard, and apple cider vinegar to a saucepan.  

2. Simmer gently for **2 minutes**, stirring to combine.  

3. When ham has **20 minutes of baking time remaining**, brush glaze generously over top.  

4. Continue baking until glossy, caramelized, and slightly crisp.
