Pre-heat oven to 400

  1 1/2 lbs ground Turkey
  1-2 fresh finely chopped garlic cloves -or- 1tsp garlic powder
  1/2 cup Panko
  1/4 chopped onion
  1/4 cup Blackwater Cranberry mustard
   Salt and pepper to taste

  Start heating a saute pan on medium / medium high with a Tsp of butter. While pan heats up, combine all of the ingredients well and for into 2" balls. Brown the meatballs on all sides. (Don't worry about cooking them all the way through, they will be cooked in the oven.)
  Once you have them browned on the outside, put the meatballs in an oven safe pan with your favorite sauce, and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly on the edges.
  Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
