Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:

• 1½ lbs ground turkey  

• 1–2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped  

  *(or 1 tsp garlic powder)*  

• ½ cup panko bread crumbs  

• ¼ onion, chopped  

• ¼ cup Blackwater Cranberry Mustard  

• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to **400°F**.  

2. Heat **1 tsp butter** in a sauté pan over medium/medium-high heat.  

3. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, panko, onion, mustard, salt & pepper.  

4. Form mixture into **2-inch meatballs**.  

5. Brown meatballs in the pan on all sides (they do not need to be fully cooked yet).  

6. Transfer meatballs to an oven-safe dish with your favorite sauce.  

7. Bake **20–30 minutes**, or until sauce is bubbly around the edges.  

8. Let rest **5 minutes**, then serve warm.
